Get a Thrush glasspack. Lots of people here use one, myself included.

If you have headers+exhaust then you should also get a hi-flow cat, plus this way you can get rid of the CEL I expect you have (CEL=check engine light)

Well i don't have a CEL right now but i remember there was something going on with that last time i went to the shop because i went to get inspected and there was a missing fuse, like the shop i went to for the exhaust took it out so they didnt have to deal with me, but when i went to the shop last i believe they may have replaced the cat with a stock one or something. So right now im not sure what kind of exhaust i have, its really just part SSAC part stock, but i do know i need a resonator.

Once i get all these things the BBTB, Intake Manifold, and headers, do you think that ill be able to intall them on my own or should i take it all to a shop. Keep in mind, i have tools, but not a hord of them, also, i dont have a lot of expierience with engine work.

Nah, do it yourself and learn about your car. None of them are hard enough to require a shop to do it. You'll respect the work that much more if you do it yourself.

Nothing outrageous at all. You went and looked up my DIY on the outlaw spacers right? It's easy. You only need like a 10MM, 12MM, 14MM and 17MM socket. A few different sized wrenches and a towel. Oh, and some extensions.

And some PB Blaster. Rust is stronger than the best weld. Expect problems at the flange after the flex pipe. Mine was so rusted that even after cutting off the nuts, and the heads of the bolts, I couldn't seperate it. I had to cut through the pipe, and towed my car to the shop to get a new flange welded on. But maybe you'll be lucky.

Let's put it this way .. 2 years ago when I bought my tib, I didn't even know how to use a ratchet. Since I've only taken my car into a shop once to fix the CV joint, I've done EVERYTHING else myself. That is including installation of all of these n/a bolt ons, 2 starters, and an alternator. Back to my point, none of this stuff is that hard to do yourself.
And BTW, all of these were done with regular hand tools in my driveway, no expensive power tools and heated garages for me!
