Yesturday I took my dash apart and I took the guage cluster out to put some overlays in...well I did it and got everything put back together...cept I blew a fuse doing it...so...this morning my battery was dead so I hot shoted it and let it run for 5-10 minutes..and I was on my way...then I realized my turn signals don't work inside...so when I got back home from buying fuses...I checked the outside lenses and they didn't work either... but last night after I blew the fuse they did work...anyone have any thoughts?

You're probably blowing the same fuse again. There's a short somewhere. You might have pinched a wire or something.

oh...and I rechecked all the fuses that I thought might something to do with it...like the hazards and tail lights...actually I think I pulled every fuse in both places...any idea how much it might cost to get fixed if it is a short?

If you had enough skill to tear apart the dash, then you should know how to trace the path of the signal's to its short.

look for bare wires touching, or a wire touching something else that it shouldnt be, you could always take the dash apart then turn the car on and see if you see a spark

Just follow the path of the wire from the fuse box. Make sure it doesn't have any tears, pinching, or touching any bare metal.

Moving this to general performance:

What else did you unplug? I would definatly check and make sure that all the connectors are tight, especially around the four way flasher.
