ya only my downpipe is wrapped for the same reason. i did have my turbo manifold jet hot coated for about 75 i think with our discount. i would reccomend it if you think it wont crack. i think mine will be fine. i hope so

can you use ceramic paint on heat wrap? I know they have high temp ceramic manifold paint. Any experiences with this stuff?

the header is the shark racing header, the 4-1 one i think its good material. should i wrap it?

I wrapped mine using DEI wrap, stainless ties, and the DEI protective coating. It's pretty simple, just wrap the header one runner at a time, then spray the coating over it. It will smoke a bit untill it cures. After running my car around town for a while I can open the hood and grab right onto the header and not burn myself, it's just kinda warm.
