just be careful where you park now... without that sheild, parking on grass can scorch it or start a fire if the grass gets too close to the Cat.

lol.gif Take a drive through a corn field Sparticus. That would be pretty funny. It'd be like Back to the Future VIII - Tibby style. LOL

hahaha. yea, i've already been warned about driving through tall grass.

although a back to the future scene WOULD look good w/ a tiburon! haha

i didn't wanna take it off, but the rattle was just far too annoying. as long as the cat is a couple inches from the ground, i think i should be all set.

I wouldn't wait too long with it though. It is there for a reason no? It might melt something else. I know the one on my Beretta was sheilding the gas tank. Definitely don't want to melt the tank. 02.gif

well this one is smack dab in the middle of the vehicle (prolly right below the center console)...

if i'm not mistaken, the top half of the heat shield was already missing, and all that was left was the bottom half....

maybe KayJaican help w/ this situation..

is driving w/o a heat shield around the cat a bad idea? if so.... how much would a replacement be???
