Default body kit and rims question

if i'm at an idle, at about 3000 RPM's i'll hear rattling. same goes when driving...but with the stereo up i try to ignore things like that...

can a rattling heat shield be fixed to not rattle or is the only remedy taking it off?

or am i hearing something other than the heat shield?

could be the downpipe.... i'd check under the car at idle... see if its louder inderneath or if its louder in the engine bay.

3000 RPMS isn't idle.....

and just take it off if it's rattling, or tighten the bolts

Just take it off.

I had mine off for about 3 months before I got my header.

I had that problem with my 90 beretta. It hung down like 2-3" from the car and would scrape on everything.LOL

If you hit bumps and it makes noise, definitely the Heat Shield, but other than that I dunno take a look under your car and tighten or rake off the noisey piece.
