Headers + turbo are not compatible. You need a turbo manifold for a turbo, which would replace those headers. The exhaust should work though.

yah if you got headers then got a turbo it would be a waste...take the money you were gonna drop on the headers and get a BBTB or something else that you will be able to use on N/A and under Boost.

Actually, a BBTB wouldn't necessarilly be a better buy. While a 60mm TB is good for NA, a 70mm TB would be better for a turbo. If you really wanna get a good upgrade that you can use on a NA setup and a FI setup, get the AirRam IM. Of course a Haltech E6X would be awesome too, even if it is a bit overkill.

yah but i figured he wouldnt have 599 to drop on an air ram (kspec). and i said the BBTB because it was less than the Air ram but i agree. i was just saying to get something he could use on both with the money. maybe underdrive pulley, plugs, or just straight saving for the turbo

DMatrix if you are getting a turbo soon. You would be better off with an AirRam or something else you can use with the turbo.

how much does one of those kspec underdrive pulleys help?

also does anyone have one of those set ups yet? With the ssa header and the catback. I just purchased mine so will find out how good it is. I figured i wont get my turbo for a while so why not.

Underdrive pulleys will help that you can feel only in first gear. They don't really help upper gears as much. If you want to get something before the turbo, get a better clutch (if you have a manual). Or at least put the little money you have aside for one.

I noticed a difference with my three piece pully set...my underdrive pully weighs less then a pound compared to the stock 4lb one..it may not seem like much but it makes a difference any time you lighten up the wieght of rotational mass.

Yea dude, im goin turbo real soon and i thought i might a while ago so opted for an unorthodox underdrive pulley. I can def. feel more power in the lower r.p.m.s in first and second. And the best part about it was that i picked a used one up for $70.00.
