Have you run some fuel injector cleaner through your system lately? As was said before, it sounds like a fuel starvation problem, and if one injector is clogged, it could cause your misfiring (detonation).

I did run some fuel injector cleaner through about 2 weeks ago and I put plug wires in about a week ago. I just checked for vaccum leaks yesterday as well as checking for oil in the maf. I plan on doing a more thorough check for leaks this weekend when i don't have to work.

Looking back....i forgot to say one thing....the power goes up to the red line in every gear if im not completely floored.

I'll try to get it out asap my man, you sent money at a bad time..i had just moved half the stuff from my dorm to my house and i won't be back there till monday. once i get home i'll push to get it out asap though, i think that will fix all your problems mang.

I just got it in the mail today and installed it in about 10 minutes.
