i gotta new window regulator and want to know what kind of grease i should use to freshen it up... ive got some multi purpose lithium, would that work?

FS: stock rd1 tail lights
i was gonna put it on the slider to keep the wires greased (no elevtric contacts) but i couldnt find my grease so i said **** it and just put it in. i dont think it was the red lithium, it was the valvoline one......
