That's a damn good question...LOL..maybe my car had an internal spew or something???!!
Watts, I guess you could do the same thing I'm doing, check and clean everything. Try moving the throttle pully with your hands and see if it sticks. Add some grease to the pully spring and cable untill you can move the pully with you hand a few times without it sticking..won't hurt to try.
