i haven't done the math yet since i just got the car, but so far i'm at a lil more than half a tank w/ 170 miles driven, split between highway and city.

i never partly fill the tank... i always fill it up. prolly once a week or so since i don't drive as much (i don't go to school anymore, just work).

Yea, I commute to school every day, then drive to the gym right after every day, sometimes have to go back to school later afterwards, so I wind up using quite a bit of gas...that's probably one of the biggest reasons I began looking at Tibs when I sold my old car...27 mpg is a lot better than 18mpg when you have to drive as much as I do. And that figure is assuming I do nothing that week but go to class and the gym...when I decide to go out or visit a friend...forget about it...I wind up using 2 tanks in a week...

With all of my mods and still running all sorts of rich, I get about 30mpg highway and 25ish city. I am sure the turbo is going to kill that tho lol laugh.gif

-Edit-

BTW I fill up every other day and only use High Test/93 Oct

I am with you there, Ultra.. I only use 93 octane and on my last fill up, I averaged 32 mpg over all.

I don't know exactly how many miles per gallon I'm getting, but I usually get 225 to 250 miles a gallon with nothing but city driving. I also use nothing but 93 octane, the problem is gas is getting higher faster and it's starting to burn a small hole in my wallet

Heh, I guess you meant per tank. tongue.gif

This is a good question... I gotta reset my trip odometer next time I fill up. I go about 100 miles a day and fill up around every 3rd day. I usually top off at about 11 gallons (my guage is off a lil lol). I am probabally getting between 27-29 (3/4 of that is city/traffic)

I think I might test one tank driving conservativly and one spirited to see how much fuel ecconomy goes down.

Before I put on my 17"s (put them back on 2 days ago)

All city driving

Enter Distance Travelled in Kilometres >> 460
Enter Number of Litres Used >> 53

Kilometres per litre = 8.679245283018868
Miles per gallon = 24.528301886792452
Litres per 100 kilometres = 11.521739130434781

I expect to get better mileage now that winter is over.

Here's a good Kilometer calculator for countries using the metric system.
