The marker lights that I have keep getting water in them. Has anyone else had this issue? If so what did you do to fix it or did you just have to buy new ones?

well there are three things that could happen

the seal arounf the outside has a hole in it somewhere... this can be fixed by putting silicone around it (easy to find, they sell it in tubes at any parts/hardware store)

the seal around where the light itself plugs into the back (I had this problem) I put a layer of silicone around the plug that meets the back of the light (that little "lip" at the bottom) let it dry and re-install. If you do this... PLEASE let it dry completely before you put it back in the light or it WILL be a pain to get the light out again.

OR

you are missing that little black plug on the back of the turn signal. It should be around that metal prong that sticks into the frame to hold it in place/grounds the light.

Thats my thoughts on it. Also, when you seal it... you going to want to get the water out of it before you seal or youll never get it out. wink1.gif

Are you talking about the turn signals or the front position lights on a 2000/2001? I have a 2000 and recently noticed that the front position lights were getting moisture in them but I haven't tried to do anything with it yet. I think what Hobgoblin said would apply to those as well, though.

I will be working on them tonight. Thanks Hobgob. I think that it is just the seals on them but did not know if alot of owners had that issue or if it was just me.
