Default Door panels missing screws

Hi all,

Since i bought my car, whenever i would go over about 50 mph my doors would start to rattle. Up until this point i really didn't know why or think about a possible solution. I more of just accepted it and wasn't too concerned about it. So last night i had the brilliant idea to try to get in there with a screw driver and actually try to tighten any loose screws that might be causing the rattles. Well turns out most, if not all, screws were loose AND to top it off I'm missing about HALF the screws on both door panels!

So i think i may have found the culprit for the rattling! The only thing is i don't know where to get replacement screws, anyone know where i can get replacement door panel screws?

Thanks!

Andrew

Check your auto parts store. They should stock trim screws, plugs, caps etc.. You should be able to find something that works. I had the same problem with my project car, I was missing 80% of the screws for all interior trim!? WTF!?

Or you can go to the dealership or junk yard?

Oh right! Didn't even think of that. I guess i'm too used to finding all my parts online.

Thanks!

I LOL'd. I recall a time when I thought, "Who needs a website? Just call em up and order a catalog!" This is like bizarro world to the days of my youth!

I just realized somebody who doesn't think first of offline parts sources might not know the etymology of bizarro world
