Custom hood?

Custom hood?
Ive seen pics of RD1s where it looks like the hood covers up the top part of the headlight, giving the car kind of an angry look, or as if it has eyebrows. I'll have to look around for pics but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these hoods and if they are custom one offs or if you can buy them somewhere?

They're most likely eyelids, pretty much just a piece of fiberglass stuck to the top of the light. I think they look great. ^^^^ That guy did it on his RD2, and it looked SICK!!
