Default Car shakes at 50-60mph. What could it be?

Well a few months ago I got myself a 99 tiburon and ever since I got it seems like the left wheel shakes when giving it gas 50-60mph. Depending on how much gas your giving it the worse it shakes then it seems to stop around 65-70mph. What do you think it could be? I put new tires/balanced on and had a front end alignment and still got the shakes.

I replaced the wheel bearings and rotor on that side but it could be from the right, you can feel it on sitting in the passenger seat but it seams to be the worse on my side

Hopefully its not my transmission but It might be, since its already messed up. Overdrive doesn't work, goes threw 1st 2nd and 3rd then when in 4th its like its in neutral, Drives fine in drive but im guess thats because it never hits 4th gear.
