I have a 2001 Tiburon 5 speed and I realized that my 3rd brake light works, but the other two do not. I looked up some wiring diagrams for my car and found that the problem can not be the stop lamp switch on the brake pedal, (I think). My taillights come on when i turn my lights on, and i checked the bulbs and both filaments are good, and so is the number 3 fuse. Im not sure if this has anything to do with it, but my cruise control hasnt been working lately My question is, is there any particular place where the wiring goes bad from the switch to the lamps? Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks,
Sean

You say you've checked #3 I assume in the cabin, how about the engine fuse block?
I had an issue with the right and left side fuses going in there on me.
A sign that I noticed was that the license plate lamps were not working. Are yours functioning?

The fusible links are still good? I'd check the PAL fuses in the engine fuse box too, well the ones to do with lamps and cruise control.
Just in case.

ill check that for my cruise control but i figured out the problem. I guess i didnt look at my bulbs good enough but they were both blown, but there was a wire that was pinched that im assuming caused the bulbs to blow.
