i know this came standard in some tibs, but not in mine, how much would it be to get it installed? does the car already have the necessary hardware?

Exactly. Not worth it man. It's almost like the non-captive rotor swap, it's alot of money and work for no real payoff.

You've got captive. Just take off your wheel and take a look at the wheel studs. If you have bolts (not screws) you have captive rotors. This means the rotor is attached to the hub. A PITA to change your rotors and get aftermarket rims.
A lot of these questions have been asked before, I don't mind answering but it makes it tougher to search later when there are 3 or 4 different topics about the same subject.
