Airram
I don't have the airram... but when on the interstate or taking off on the roads, I get that sucking noise... sounds like I'm spooling up in a way. My friend was riding with me and said, "dude, it sounds like a turbo!"
happens fairly often, but I don't know why. shrug.gif

Well, I got my spacers in, just need to get an airram again and I can slap mine on. I'll do before and after, no problem.</div>
I've driven Ultratibby's car with airram and mbpr(sp) exhaust of w/e and it sounded NOTHING like a muscle car man. I'll record a video clip of my car for you and you should compare.
If you are willing to do this before and after AIRRAM dyno for us, I'll be the first person to donate smile.gif

i have an air ram and i have a muscle car and road tested quite a few
the air ram sound is far from an "hot rod" sound cool.gif
but it does have a nice sound especially past 4000 rpm

we will have the flow charts to prove it's increased perforamance over stock IM soon. (waiting on phenolic spacers to arrive).
...so no more hype/testimonials, just the plain facts.
personally, I get the sucking noise anyway (w/o airram). When I have the radio off and windows up I've been asked if my car is supercharged. lol.
It ALWAYS happens JUST after 4,000rpms in any gear, (besides 1st really). If I am accelerating at a constant speed and the rpms are increasing...once it gets past 4,000 it begins to go "wooooooooooooooooooosssssssshhhhhhhhhh" from a lower to a higher pitch.
Too bad it doesn't do it all at once right at the top of the power band (waaaaaaaaaaaa "woosh" waaaaaaaa)
haha.gif haha, fake ricer blow off valve. lmao.gif
