ya differences i mean power and response. i have the aem cai too. that makes a big difference. but with the airram its hard to explain how it sounds, like you can almost hear the pistons moving, the motor growls with the airram. if you ever in ct. ill give u a ride and you can hear for yourself. ITS SICK

It does almost sound like a muscle car.

Am I the only one who get the phantom spool up noise under certain RPMs with this thing? I dont know why, but I can hold the throttle just right to get a inward sucking noise like hhhhhooooooooooooeeeeiiiiiiitt

Make that noise sucking in air and thats my AirRam. Sounds like I'm dumping in nitrous or something, I just like the higher end to the noise, it goes away based off how much I let off the throttle. So I play with it all the time. I dont know about muscle car though? I mean it sounds like a N/A beast, but maybe with exhaust you get that Camaro sound, cause with stocky headers and exhaust you just get the inward whissle.

i had stock exhaust, but headers i guess NA beast is a better name for it. Most of the sweet noise is at mid rpms

Do you plan you getting your car dynoed man?

I seriously doubt the sound of a muscle car though...

Why don't we start that dyno-fund thing? I'd be willing to pay some bucks to FINALLY have a dyno of the Airram and any interesting parts we might want to test. I admire the faith you guys have, but I like to base my decisions on facts.

I agree. I'd donate $5-10 to someone whose car is running normally and willing to do before and after AIRRAM intake.

If you haven't seen the video of the AIRRAM on my car, search for "airram install". You'll find it.

I wouldn't call it a muscle car. I wouldn't want to call it a muscle car.

I would call it a muscular sounding import.

You should hear the I/ IM paired with the Apexi. You'll pass out with extacy.

No, ABQElantra's sounds like that. Gives me wood every time.

You have no clue... Now that I've finally driven in one, wow.

Well, I got my spacers in, just need to get an airram again and I can slap mine on. I'll do before and after, no problem.
