Dumn question I know, but does the CAI have to come with a filter. I already purchased a K&N filter. Could I encorporate that one with the CAI?

You might get a cheaper price from KORE or MHP if you ask them not to ship a filter with thier CAI, but I would check the Diameter tubing of the CAI and the Diamter opening of your Filter before doing so. Kore uses 3" tubing(5-Speed), most people have 2.5" filters on their maf...so it would not fit. MHP uses 2.5" tubing, so it would fit.

Well, I can't recall the diameter. All I know is that the filter fit snug over the opening left after I removed the stock air box.

Also, I would much rather purchase the SR CAI when it becomes available. smile.gif

That would be 2.5" then.
