Default 02 sensor help

I called some autopart stores around my area, they all sell 2nd 02 sensors for Tiburons for 90+ each but they also sell universal 02 sensors for 40$. My question is can will a universal 02 sensor work and not give me problems? They till me it won't give me problems because it's an option they gave me.

as long as it's gonna have same amount of wires and it's a narrow band sensor it will work. I believe our cars use 4 wire sensors.

yeah. two of the wires are for heating the thing, the other two are the sensor - and +.

i just didnt know if universal ones would have the same resistance values.
