Powerchip
What does a S-AFC, ITC, and a wideband O2 sensor cost? And how much is tuning? I wouldn't mind going that route.
My next thing is going to be headers, exhaust and turbo so I may hold off on a haltech until then. The place that does the chip work has dyno setup so I don't know which route I'll take yet. Good to know there are options like that though.

S-AFC: About $250 give or take (find a group-buy)
ITC: About $200 or thereabouts
Wideband O2 sensor: If you REALLY want to buy one, they're about $500 each. You don't need to buy one though, most dyno shops will have one you can use via a fat pipe they stick in your exhaust. While you're doing the dyno runs, the little sensor records your O2 levels and can build a graph alongside your dyno output.
Dyno tuning time? Depends on the location. I paid $100/hr in the Dallas area a few years ago, and just finished paying $80/hr here locally in Albuquerque. Some shops don't like playing with S-AFC or ITC units (mostly because they don't understand them), so make sure to ask them before making an appointment.

For now yes, but he is building up a projecto boost motor. Target is 350 Wheel HP.

Refer to this thread in the General forum to see the parts I've ordered for my car.
The car WILL produce at least 300HP at the tires; we're aiming for 350 or more when completely finished and tuned.
