so welding time

I'm a bit surprised you didn't use an EG civic radiator. That's route I'm going because it cleans up a good bit of space and is just as efficient.

i had use it and no enough clearance with my new setup , turbo is bigger and it touch with my air/water intercooler

ne radiator is much better than the civic one and the size match perfectly the space aavaiable .



the stock hose are good no modiication needed



i can use the stock fan wich is much powerful than the slim fan that come with the civic one . don't forget i'm in guadeloupe so ambiant temp are hot some time .

my "scream pipe is finish " i will weld a bracket to support it on the exhaust line .

the new engine has already start but i can start the tuning missing me the turbo hose .

some news my new radiator work great , 20°c less than civic setup /





my charge piping is finish , i just have to replace the blue hose by a black one .





the radiator bracket is now primed and paint , no more rust .

i had some shifter trouble , i have solved it with custom teflon bushing











downpipe and scream pipe get some heat protection .





i have build a bubble air proof container for my water / air intercooler system .









tape welding lol





Tig welding now :



technical control for my paper delivery .







alignement done





and my immatriculation paper .

Please provide a translation for "immaculation paper" because all I'm getting is visions of saints in my imagination! Is this a road-worthiness certification or similar?
