Default 4G63T transplant

i have my eyes on a eclipse turbo motor. i wanna do a transplant. i attend car shows and i know if i do a transplant it will help. i was wondering what im looking forward too as in all drivetrain wise. if anyone knows of what do as in the transplant please let me know.

Rob-

In your tibby, installing the standard Mitsu motor is going to be a major PITA/impossible.

The tranny mounts on the wrong side(passenger) of that motor to fit.

If you can find an EVO IV or higher motor, those trannies mount on the drivers side. In theory, with enough fabrication work, it can be done. Plan on spending about $1000 to $1500 on custom mounting the motor, once you get your hands on an Evo motor. Plan on spending another $500 to $1000 on adapting the Hyundai Tranny to the Mitsu engine. It could be done as cheap as $1500 + motor cost, or as expensive as $2500 + motor.
