I can kinda agree with this. I used to own a GK and I hated seeing Tuscani badges on other tibs. It bugs me even more when someone in North America says they own a Tuscani, instead of a Tib. 
The wing badges on a Genesis are more classy though and its not making the car something its not. Its called a Genesis everywhere its sold, unlike the tib which is called a Tuscani overseas.
But with everyone I know who owns a Genesis changing the badges to the wings, it will start to get kind of like the Tuscani thing.
