It was pretty sad. Driving behind me and I saw it hit this pretty big chunk of ice in the road. The whole bottom passenger side of the bumper pretty much exploded on contact.



And people wonder why I refuse to drive mine in the winter. And because of the frigid temps we have been having, potholes are extremely bad this year. We're not talking little things either. It seriously looks like someone lit dynamite on almost every major road in the city. Anyone who drives a Genesis (or a nice car at that) in these horrible conditions is just asking for their car to get ruined or destroyed.

 

That suuuuucks



I would be super pissed. This is the first year ever that I have seen our roads get anywhere near bad, but I'm also not driving my car downtown.

 

I watch a Genesis coupe spin out on the highway last week and end up in the ditch. OUCH! Driver looked PISSED!

No pics because I caught it in my rearview. I've seen 2 or 3 GC's this winter driving around in horrible conditions. All of them with the stock wheels and tires on too. The OEM tires are bad in dry conditions. It's literally suicide when it's -20 out with tons of ice and snow everywhere.
