Anyone heard anything yet about superchargers being developed for the V6's?

 

RMR made one for the SEMA show this year... as for plans of actual production, who knows. Though if they really do plan on selling a model with higher than the new 3.8 GDI output of 345 hp 295tq, it'd either be a SC or just a Tau V8

 

Strap an M90 in there?



Would require some custom fab work, but it'd likely work.

 

I don't think anyone has been able to run a supercharged V6 tuned without problems.



There are people installing home grown turbo setups on the V6, but tuning options are limited. BTRcc has suggested they can make it happen. We shall see. 3.8turbo (member here) has a setup installed and waiting for tune.
