spring question
I was looking at lowering springs on ebay and there are ones like these
No Name - $75 - 1.5" Front and 1.2" Rear
[ebay]230710703463[/ebay]
And these
M2 Springs - $99 - 1.5" Front, 1.2" Rear
[ebay]270877661458[/ebay]
And then there are the Eibachs, Tanabe's, Megan Racing, and Teins which are all $160-250. Are the cheaper springs just as good as the name brand ones? Why is there such a big difference in pricing?

I, personally, wouldn't trust springs with an unknown spring rate that sells for less than $25 each that still allows the seller to covering shipping and make a profit. What were they made out of? Do they fit?
$200-215 for reputable Eibach springs that have been installed on well over 100 Gen Coupes without issue is worth it. That's still a very affordable price.

+1.
I did the R&D testing and reviewed the Eibach Sportline Springs and sways. I even represented them at SpoCom 2009. These are the best and fully tested springs out in the market. Dont belive me? Here are the pics to prove it.

minus - if you want to go cheap on fog lights, or bezels, or a grill, or an intake, that's one thing... but the suspension is something that you shouldn't cheap out on. It's designed to carry the weight of your car - all 3,500+ pounds. Don't sacrifice safety for affordability.
ooohh... STiG... those foglights. How many HP did that receipt from Pep Boys yield?
I kid George, I kid. I still voted for you
