Default Seatbelt annoyance

My seatbelt is annoying and keeps rattling up against the panel. Is there a way to fix this so its not so annoying?

This happens when you are wearing the seatbelt?

Mine does the same thing. Its the passenger side, when no one is riding shot gun. I think its a typical Genesis issue that alot of owners complain about. Not sure if anyone has came up with a fix though for it.

I loop it around the passengers side head rest.

Some have gotten large super magnets and glued them to the back side of the plastic trim where the buckle rides.

Just remove it, the passenger doesn't need a seat belt.

Foam around the buckle, or foam on the place where it hits?
