Rear mount turbo oil pump
When doing a rear mount system, do you have to upgrade the oil pump to something beefier or will the stock pump be enough?

Agree. The stock oil pump is fine but you need an Electric pump to return the oil to the pan. I have a mid mount turbo in my 3.8 and I use the Turbowerks Race pump... its a little excessive, you can use their base pump and it will work just fine.
