Rear diffusers
There are a lot of different diffusers available for the gen coupe and I was wondering if any of them helped with performance or if a majority of them are for looks alone?

They are almost definitely for looks alone. The airflow coming from underneath a road car is so dirty and turbulent that almost any diffuser is pointless.
Why not ask the vendors for their aero test data? Downforce increases @ different speeds? Any flow modelling from them? I think not.
