Default s-afc in a 2001 elantra

First of all, where the hell did all the S-afc's go? I've been told that APEX is on a nationwide backorder. Anyone know why?

Well, whenever that gets figured out, can someone help me with the location of the ecu and which wires to tap into? I searched and found a diagram of an accent ecu, but I didn't think it would be the same. I can't get webtech to work on my browser.

last I heard and checked, webtech only likes newer (5.x and up) versions of MS Internet Explorer. Unfortunately.
