Default need help with cams!

I want to upgrade my cams to the 2.0L elantra GT cam's. I've read several posts, but I still have some questions.

1. Is the cam replacement, both the intake and exhaust or just one?
2. Is the 2.0L Elantra GT 2k cam better then the 1.8L elantra cam? Or should I save my money and buy a performance one?
3. I was quoted $400 for a cam install, is this right? or am I being screwed?
4. Will hyundai keep the warranty on the engine if I change the cam's? or will they be cancell it?

1 the cam you wanna replace is the intake cam only
2 the gt cam is better than the 1.8 just by a couple degrees ...nuttin major .... as for a aftermarket cam it depends it you wanna keep your warranty and a few more things im not shure on
3 juss do it yerself .... in a garage where theres no dust web page
4 juss dont tell them u changed it chances are they wont ever have to examine your cam

also im not shure if the instructions on that site are the same for the 2.0 cam

The GT cam is better than the 1.8L elantra cam due to LIFT.

The 1.8L cam has .4mm more lift than the standard 2.0L
The 2.0L GT cam has .8mm more lift than the standard 2.0L

The 1.8L cam has 4 degrees more duration than the standard 2.0L cam
The 2.0L GT cam has 8 degrees more duration than the standard 2.0L cam

Visually, you cannot tell the difference looking at them. You would have to measure them with a set of micrometers to tell the difference.

You can do it anytime, but you should see the best gains with intake work. Since you only replace the intake cam, intake work will show the best gains with that cam.
