i have a 01 elantra gls is there a difference in performance with the gt cam , if so what will it do

Boy I wonder why a few of us want this to stop being called the "GT" cam rolleyes.gif Yes you already have the ELANTRA cam in your 2001 ELANTRA.

It's not your fault, it is the fault of all these people advertising it as the "GT" cam. Myself and a few other XD(2001+) Elantra owners have been fighting this for almost a year.

It is just an updated part number. I have called 2 different dealerships and this is what they told me.
