I'm getting mine in the mail from Onpol this week. I'll be sure to take lots of pictures and stuff when I install it. I'll do it most likely this weekend.

It is not that hard.
There are 4 bolts holding the TB on. Then you remove the throttle cables off the IM and the 2 coolant hoses under the tb
Then there are 11 bolts holding the IM on. 4 above and 5 below. They are sort of hard to get to but not that bad. the 2 that hold the BACK of the IM to the IM brace are the real bitch. Once you get those off you are good to go.
Total removal and re-install time is about 2 hours.

Yes, do a search on "pullies" on Fxtreme, or here, you will find MORE than enough information on both sides of the issue, but you should make up your own mind.
It is my personal decision that the small gains do not outweight the possible detrimental effects. Others disagree with me, and use the pullies. To date, no tiburon I know of has had a problem with the underdrive pully....yet. wink.gif

there is a weight on the opposite side of the pulley correct. is it possible to put the aftermarket on with the weight?</div>
it is not a weight, it is a harmonic dampner. The weight and the rubber in the unit dampen out the "shocks" or "resonances" of the 4 seperate cylinders as they fire off.
