Default 2013 Elantra GT priced too high?

I went onto Hyundai.com and built a 2013 Elantra GT. The starting MSRP is $19,170. You have a choice of two option packages. If you dont choose one of the packages, you have to add the other. So $5,100 in options bumps the the price of the GT to over $24,000 and $25,000 with auto. What is Hyundai thinking?
