2.0 in 96 - 98 elantra

You have the 1.6L beta. I'm not 100% sure that it uses the same engine mounts that the 1.8L/2.0L beta does, but I am 95% certian that the engine mounts are the same.
Assuming they are the same, you would just need a 2.0L Longblock with ECU. It should bolt right in to your existing engine mounts and bolt right on to your existing 1.6L tranny.

I once saw in a brochure that my Elantra had a 1.8 variant. As far as I know, no elantra here had a 1.8. But anyway, are the engine mounts of the 1.8 similar to the 2.0? If so, I know that my car could suport a 2.0L.
