Hyundai Elantra Forum The Hyundai Elantra Forum. Later models (96-up) of this 4-door share their Beta engines and chassis with the Hyundai Tiburon. Earlier Mistubishi-based Hyundai Elantras (92-95) are perfect candidates for the popular 4g63t motor swap, which turns the Hyundai Elantra into a real sleeper. Check out HDK. I think they offer kits for your car as well. Just be sure to do a search and read up on them before deciding to order or not. Your other option is to build your own lip kit.

I have a 2k elantra too, and I am thinking real highly on putting a kit on it, but I don't know where to go to. Everybody who has the same year elantra is going for the same kit and I don't want to have the same kit that everybody else has. Well I asked KORE about this and they said that around christmas time there will be another kit out for our elantras and also they were talking about putting out carbon fiber hoods. eek!

So I am gonna sit on my money and wait and see what they decide to do.

It just may be a christmas present to myself. rolleyes.gif

Don't go there the body kit that they are selling does not fit the 00 elantra like he is looking for. If I was you, I would just stay with sharkracing.com, and keep in contact with KORE because they said they plan on having new body kits and carbon fiber hoods out for our car around christmas

Me too, just waiting for KORE to give the ok that they are done with the body kits and carbon fiber hoods, and see what the look like. After I do that and if I like the body kit, then I am in on a group buy also.
