It sucks really bad that hyundaitechinfo left accents out in the cold. Looking for vacuum leaks with various gases is something you can google up pretty easy, just don't blow up your car.

Are you sure that the a/c is run off vacuum? I can find any hose that runs to the a/c. Again today I started the car and the a/c was on, without the light being on. I know you'll probably say maybe the light broke, but if I push the button the light comes on. The air from the vents felt like a/c and it was not cold here today. I know it is normal (for me anyway) that while the a/c is on for the car to be sluggish, is this normal for other with accents? I had this happen beofre all the problems i am having.

I found out the hyundai service site, that the a/c is ran off a magnetic clutch not vacuum. Don't understand unless that magnetic clutch is failing and engaging the compressor. Even still don't understand why I lose the brake booster with the a/c on, if there is no vacuum loss to the a/c. Under the problem symptoms table is has problem: No engine idle-up when A/C switch ON. My car does not increase the RPMS when the a/c is on. What does that mean? I have a/c. Could that be why my car is sluggish with it on as well?

hmmm. might have to take out the dash and have a look around. if your ventilation controls are misbehaving, that will be the best way to look for any leaks or misbehaviour with the control wires.

The compressor itself will have a magnetic clutch. The vacuum lines on MY car are behind the dash, attached to the A/C knobs. On YOUR car I don't know what you have going on in there. Maybe demons?
Breaking up your first post a little bit:
When I turn A/C on and press the brake it feels like I am not going to stop.
I turn off the a/c the brake feels less stiff and normal.
It sucks if you can't trust your a/c light, but maybe (guessing) you might want to consult the owner's manual to make sure you are experiencing abnormal behavior. Depending on the climate control settings, the light may come on or not, or the system may be trying to cool your air or not, and it may not be exactly obvious what it should be doing.
How is the engine running at idle when you know the A/C is running? Does it run the same as with the A/C off?
If you pump the pedal a few times does it get to feeling more like normal? Does it idle the same still?

- The brake pedal is all the way to the floor and the car is still moving.
- Will still stop but over a further distance then when the a/c is off.
- The brake pedal feels stiff like I have no brake booster assisstance.
- The faster I am going the more normal the brake feels with the a/c on.
- It is when I am slowing down that the brake feels like the brake booster is not working.
I turn off the a/c the brake feels less stiff and normal.
- The car stops fine.
- The brake is fine with the a/c off.

The engine idles at around 800rpms at idle. Drops to 600 or 700 when it misfires. Doesn't really seem level. Having got any code for misfiring but sounds like it. When the a/c is on (when I know it) the rpms stay the same at around 800. Sometimes it helps level them out. With the a/c on sometimes the brake is fine. Especially if your going 70km. At idle or slow speed the brake is stiff and doesn't change if you pump it.
YOu said you got vacuum line behind your dash. Where do they hook up to? To get the vacuum. What do they control?

Under the dash, there are vacuum-powered motors for the little doors inside the climate controls. The knobs hook up to a vacuum manifold and it's a rainbow of different colors of vacuum tubing back there. I hope I never need to know what they all hook up to.
