Default New motor mounts

My car is starting to get up there in age and miles. One of the things I would like to do now is get some better motor mounts. Are there any out there that are aftermarket and fit Accents and if not, then what can I use to fill the stock ones? I dont want them to be rock solid and would like a little bit of flex. Some of the stuff I have heard that people use will make them solid and super stiff, which means the ride quality will not be all that great.

Why not buy the OEM ones?? They were designed to last and isolate all the rattles..

Window-weld or silicone your existing mounts. If that's too firm, get stock units. I didn't mind the firmness, because the alternative was the engine bouncing all over the engine bay and shaking the car at inopportune moments.
