Default Idles rough on startup and hesitates while driving

Hey Everyone,

Got a strange issue with my Accent (1.6L/Auto), when I start it up and idles really rough and almost sounds like the engine is gonna kill. If it hit the gas pedal a bit it seems to correct it, but after a couple secs it comes back. When I drive the car, it hesitates alot and feels like the far lunges back and forth at times.

I've replaced the following:

New Plugs & Wires

TPS

O2 Sensor (had a check engine light at the start of these issues)

Someone told me it could possibly be the fuel pump slowly failing, another said it could be then IAC value. I don't want to buy parts on a hunch, I was gonna see if anyone else has seen a similar issue, and what they did to fix it.

The CEL isn't on, but I haven't had it scanned since I replaced the O2 Sensor

Your car is trying to tell you something is wrong and you are not listening. Get the code and report back.

I had the car scanned and it gave no codes, I now have a exhaust leak (intermediate pipes, flex pipe broke) so i'm going to fix that first and run the car to see if issue still is happening.
