Im at 105,000 miles and havent changed it. I know I'm playing with fire because if it snaps then I'm screwed. Gonna try and get it done soon but damn it's expensive to do. Dont have any idea how to do it myself and none of my friends do either. So off the the garage it'll go.

I procrastinated to 110k but I'm a terrible person. I think Hyundai recommends 80k as the time to change the belt. Get it into a garage ASAP.
More editing: I was looking at incorrect data, recommended timing belt service is 75,000 miles.
And now I'm seeing another thing that says 120,000 miles for "non-severe" driving conditions. You know what? You're probably fine. But still, start saving for that belt change. And if you can, at least get it inspected.

I've had one snap. You do not want that to happen. You'll end up with bent valves almost guaranteed.
Mine snapped at about 70k miles. I didn't have time and had a shop do it. They used some garbage belt, so beware of that.
I have been using Gates timing belt kits with good luck. Always replace the idler and tensioner while you're in there. When you do the belt after 100k miles I'd recommend replacing the water pump also. I've had 2 of those go out and they're under the timing belt so it's an unreasonable pain in the ass to repair.

I got lucky in my 96 Accent GT. It was a DOHC Alpha. Don't recall how that motor is setup.

I get mine changed every 65,000. It runs me about $350 at my local place but it's better than shelling out double or triple that for a new engine if the belt breaks.
Edit: Only had to do it twice so far since my car has 140 and some change but it still operates perfectly.

My manual says 60k or 65k, if I recall correctly - or 5 years whichever is first. The amount of work (and expense) is so much more, if you let it go until it snaps. You're on borrowed time right now, get that belt changed ASAP and have the water pump replaced at the same time.
