I'm currently running a Mobil 1 oil filter. It was hella expensive ($10+) but was really heavy and I think it has some kinda additive in it??? Not to sure if it's better than an OEM filter (what I normally use) but can't be as bad as a Fram, and I didn't feel like going to the dealership for just a filter so I bought the Mobil one at the auto parts store while I was getting oil. I was told to stay away from Fram oil filters, apparently when you cut open a Fram filter you will find 50% less filter material than other major brand filters.
