Ever replace your SOHC 1.5L cam seal?
Seems like every 1.5L sohc accent that I buy, even with low milage- around 67k on my 2002. The cam seal is always leaking by the sensor.
Was wondering if anyone has ever fixed this before and how much work is involved and if its even worth it to fix?
Ill just leave it leaking till around 100k I'll pull the engine and maybe throw on some new bearings, oil pump, water pump, timing belt and pulley.

I don't know the part number, but IIRC there is a small rubber grommet that goes between the sensor and the block. If it is really bad, just get some gasket goo and smear some around the base of the sensor before installing it, the problem should go away
