I confirmed civic/integra sleeves will not fit the LC2 accent because it will not slide down the strut the whole way.

can anyone recommend a different Hyundai (more common) that has a very similier strut as a accent? thanks

 

From what I've heard, you can replace the struts, spring mounts and the springs on an LC with those from a pre-2003 Tiburon. You have to replace the shock, mount and spring on each corner at once but then it all bolts up. Never tried it myself, but I've heard that it works. Apparently it will also increase your ride height if you go with stock Tiburon springs, so be aware of that. Dont blame me if it doesn't work. Use the Google.

 

i havent been around in a bit but if you still need the info go with the tib set up. it works fine, however your max hight is much lower than stock. you can drop it way liow if you want. but any sleeve sgould work. you just have to get crative. cut the spring purch off the strut, and weld on a coler down lower. or just cut the sleeve itselve
