Has anyone got any ideas or way to clean/polish up the actual CAI pipe? Mine looks pretty dull and all now, maybe some wet sanding with 1000grit and a good mothers polish maybe?

The method for polishing depends on materials involved. Plastic vs paint vs steel vs aluminum, all take different steps to get them shining. Google "how to polish _______" and fill in the blank for whatever surface finish your intake pipe has.
