Is is specifically built for your accent, or did you get the one built for a civic? The reason why I ask is if they came out with one for an Accent, then cool. Otherwise, if it's for a civic, then return it. I did a full write up on this mod over at FxTreme and believe me when I say it's junk and you'll have to do alot of cutting to make it fit. The cutting will involve cutting around the radiator support making it un-safe if you ever have a front end collision. Also, you're better off with an actual CAI instead of that front mount intake because of the plastic shield on the front of it. It doesn't really give you alot of performance, and all in all, it's just not worth it to own. You absolute best bet is to return it and either buy a pre-made CAI or build your own. Good luck... wink

sorry man, I know the AROSPEED guys directly, and NOPE that is not a front mount CAI for an accent, cause they have not and will not as of now work on anything similar for the accent... and as Josh said, that plastic keeps you from getting major power, that and the fact of how far the air has to travel from the moment it hits it
Yes,,I know it's not for an accent but thats what I want! Have something diferent! The plastic window it's not a problem,It can be take off for racing.I know a guy that has one on his tiburon and if anyone can put an intercooler for a turbo,,anyone can put this filter too.I'm gonna keep trying to do this and as soon is on I'm gonna post some pics
