Accent turbo project questions

turbo type is a 14b
engine type is a 1.6l DOHC ALPHA 1
1. how much psi can an LC handle with stock ingectors on a FPR?
2. when swapping out auto alpha trany and axel to auto beta trany and axel, will all connections and mounts fit without moddifacation?
or if its cheaper to just mod my alpha tranny to meet the power how do I do this?

It's an arbitrary number but it seems like people have successfully kept the stock 1.6l injectors up until around 5psi with a RRFPR.
Auto tranny interchangeability is not common knowledge as most people don't build up automatic 4-cyl Hyundais. I would suggest that you go on webtech and research the transmission connections and type of computer the tranny uses. My guess is that it won't be plug and play but it is just a guess. I've heard that the weak point on Hyundai automatics is the torque converter but I have absolutely no idea where to find a high performance torque converter for a Hyundai. It's also my understanding that the 1.6l auto tranny is internally able to handle more power than the manual, but the torque converter can't.

In my opinion the auto trans slow you down a lot and are not very dependable. Spend your money on a auto-manual swap

I wouldnt run anymore than 4-5 intercooled PSI max on stock injectors and a stock tune. the 1.6 injectors are only about 17lb/hr and will max very quickly. coupled with high timing on the stock ecm (32*+) will make for a deadly combination. At about 200hp or so your going to start pushing the bottom end very hard if you havent destroyed the pistons already. If your lucky enough to get it running reliably at around the 200hp mark you'll be on borrowed time anyways. The stock main bolts just are not strong enough to take that punishment.
We pulled apart a 1.6 that was running around that mark for a few months and noticed a considerable amount of cap walk on the mains. The rods look like they'll hold up fine however.
I hope to get back into the game here in the spring and push a budget built 1.6 to the most it can take and then some.
