Depending on your mechanical ability I think your best bet would be to do a gasket/port match on stock manifold and maybe a big bore throttle body (not sure how much of a performance gain these are though), or if you want it to just look pretty, they polish up real nice with a whole lot of time and patience. Can't remember exactly but I think i started with a 300 grit sand paper, then 800, then buffed it with a cloth wheel on a bench grinder with the polish that comes in bars (black, then brown, then red, then white) You'll end up with a mirror finish that almost looks like chrome but with a softer shine (better looking in my opinion). Then just paint the plugs in the casting with whatever color you want to match any other add-ons you have under the hood and finish everything with a coat of clear (to prevent oxidation of the now shiny aluminum or it will start to turn foggy over time). I did my oil pan for the beta that way too. In fact, anything made of aluminum can be polished this way. It's a lot of work and something that won't be seen often but you'll be proud when you can show it off and say you did it yourself.

Racing Performance Works makes single and dual throttle body performance intake manifolds and they'll do them for the Accent. It'll cost you a lot though.
Also someone sells ported and powder coated Accent IM's but I can't remember who. If you're that interested I'll look them up for you.

you'se guys get a lot more metal intakes then we do here in Oz
my sisters 94 X3 has a metal intake from factory, but its one of only a handful that ive stumbled across
ive got a stupid plastic intake - maybe i might have to nick hers
i would do what shockandawe suggested - port/gasket match and a BBTB possibly with some polishing if you can

If you're up for sorting out a moderate headf*ck, you CAN get a universal-fit ITB kit, have the runners fabricated and flanges welded to produce a quad-throttle. If you want to go a step further, you can have a plenum made up to surround the trumpets. Like I said, a moderate headf*ck. This modification is hardly optimal for street applications but; it comes in the most handy when you're looking to squeeze out every ounce at the higher revs(depending on runner+trumpet length) while managing a huge inlet cam.
And yes, you WILL need management.
