99' accent short shifter..

i don't think that anyone makes one... i pulled a shifter off an accent in the junk yard, ground off the weld and cut the shaft, and am going to re-weld it shorter... i'll post some pics i guess once it's done.

Vehicle: 1996 Hyundai Accent
I made a short throw shifter by cutting off the bottom and added about an inch of metal to the bottom of it. Then cut out the metal that got in the way of the shifter after that, then stiffened it back up by welding some metal to the side and bottom. Works great, really close gears.

LOLLLL putting a short shifter on an accent.. You really want to bring your 1/4 time down from 22 sec to 21,7 sec ?? stop modding your accent and sell it to some old lady that will use it for what its really made for loll

yea till you get beat by a beta accent then im sure you wont have much to say.....
i used to walk 03 gt tibs... those cars are really overrated
