wind whistle on highway
i've got a 99 accent, 2 door, with manual crank windows.
if i drive on the highway, and never roll the driver window down, it's pretty quiet and doesnt whistle.
but if i roll the window down, and then try to close it when driving at highway speed, the window doesn't 'seat' properly, and whistles.
i opened the trunk lid, and wedged open the rubber air vents by the rear tail lights, thinking that the improved air flow might solve the problem, but it didnt.
any thoughts what might help? thx! beercheers.gif

If I were you I would look to see if you can tell what's happening. If it's just sitting a bit towards the outside you might be able to space it over with a piece of electrical tape or something.
